Compensation

Currently, Investor Voices LLC has been compensated by the following parties.

Broadcast International: 12 month contract starting March 1, 2008 consisting of $4,000/month. On June 20, 2008, the said contract was amended to include 100,000 options priced at $3.35.

Gold Resource Corp: 6 month contract starting Feb 1, 2008 consisting of $2000/month and 50,000 options priced at $4.45. Gold Resource Corp has been a paying client since November 2006.

Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure: 12 month contract starting Sept 1, 2007 consisting of $3000/month and issuance of 550,000 restricted shares of common stock.

Timberline Resources: 24 month contract starting Feb 1, 2008 consisting of $7500/month and 30,000 options priced at $4.05. Timberline Resources has been a paying client since December 2006.

Tix Corp: 24 month contract starting July 1, 2007 consisting of $750/month and 50,000 restricted shares of common stock.
