ZAGG Introduces New Director of Sales

ZAGG Inc. (OTCBB: ZAGG - News), a leading producer of mobile electronics accessories including the popular invisibleSHIELD™ and ZAGGaudio™ lines, has named John W. Melville as the Director of Sales. Mr. Melville joined ZAGG in May 2009.

Mr. Melville most recently served as the CEO of Impact Sports and Media, where he provided the overall direction for an award-winning action sports filming and production company. He brings to ZAGG more than a decade of knowledge and experience in the wireless industry, along with a wealth of connections and contacts.

Broadcast International Announces Canadian Allowance of Core CodecSys Patent

New Patent is One of Nine International Patents for Broadcast International’s Video Compression Technology

Broadcast International (OTCBB:BCST - News) today announced that the patent for its core CodecSys video compression technology has been allowed by the Canadian patent office.

The technology embodies the company's breakthrough video compression software which reduces bandwidth requirements for video transmitted over satellite, cable, IP, and wireless media. CodecSys allows, for example, up to twelve HDTV channels to be broadcast over the same network that currently has the capacity to support only two HDTV channels.

Gold Resource Corporation is pleased to report that its first drill hole from its new drilling campaign continues to intercept high-grade gold and silver mineralization including 1 meter of 37.2 g/t (1.2 ounce/tonne) gold and 1.8 meters of 15.71 g/t (0.51 ounce/tonne) gold. These new intercepts expand the La Arista deposit vein system. La Arista is one of GRC's three high-grade deposits discovered to date at its El Aguila project in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. GRC targets production at its El Aguila Project in mid-2009, subject to obtaining the remaining permits, regulatory approvals, equipment deliveries and construction schedules.

Zagg Reports Record-Breaking Results for the First Quarter of 2009

ZAGG highlighted a record-breaking quarter with revenues of almost $8.1 million dollars, a nearly 184% increase when compared to first quarter 2008. Earnings per share for ZAGG were $0.05 for the first quarter 2009.
